Picsello is an all-in-one photography business software combined with the power of coaching, community, and support. We’re changing how photographers do business by making it easier to manage, market, and monetize your photography business.
You can sign up for a free 30-day trial here you get access to the full platform right from the start - there are no restrictions or limitations on which features you can use.
Picsello’s mobile-first design ensures you are able to manage your business from your smartphone or tablet while on the go. Many of our photographers say they use Picsello on their mobile devices exclusively with the exception of uploading photos to the gallery!
Picsello is a web-based application that requires an internet connection but since it isn’t an app, updates will automatically be pushed to your account and it doesn’t use up valuable memory on your mobile device.
No website, no problem! With your Picsello account, you can easily create and enable a public profile. Link to it in emails or on social media so you can quickly drive leads directly to bookings and promote your photography business..
Picsello’s lead form easily drops into your existing photography website so you can ensure leads will go from looking to booking through Picsello in a snap.
Currently, we are partnered with White House Custom Color (WHCC) exclusively and selected them for their industry-leading quality, product selection, and customer service.
We understand photographers may have a preference for other print labs and are working on the ability for you to self-fulfill (2023 product roadmap) and then alternate partners to integrate (2024 product roadmap).
Currently, Stripe is the exclusive online payment system Picsello offers to process payments on your behalf seamlessly. We love how Stripe has always supported the photography industry and they have been great to work with.
We are working on integration with other processors and hope to have that ready in late 2023 or early 2024.
If you are not interested in setting up and connecting a Stripe account, you will have to arrange payment with your clients offline. Additionally, you cannot fulfill printed product orders and digital image downloads from the client gallery.
You can subscribe to your Picsello calendar using an external provider that uses the ICAL protocol. This integration will allow you to sync one-way to your other calendar provider. Additional calendar integration for effortless syncing with your calendar availability is an update we are working on for a Q3 of 2023 release.
If you are a non-US-based photographer, you can use many of Picsello’s features, but to collect payment digitally, you will need to verify if Stripe is available in your country.
We are currently working on enabling the ability for you to switch to your native currency and expect to have that update released in late 2023. In the interim, if Stripe is available in your country and you have set up your Picsello account, your clients will pay in USD and the payment you receive from Stripe will be converted into your native currency.
If Stripe is unavailable in your country, you must arrange payment with your clients offline.
Additionally, you cannot fulfill print product orders and digital image downloads from the client gallery as White House Custom Color (WHCC), our print lab partner, is US based. We are working to enable self-fulfillment (2023 product roadmap) and then alternate partners to integrate (2024 product roadmap).
We are busy working on developing new features and optimizing them as we progress and get feedback from photographers like you. You can keep an eye on new updates released here.
Everyone learns differently but sometimes the best way to see something in action is to roll up your sleeves and start playing. If that sounds right for you, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial here for access to the full platform right from the start - there are no restrictions or limitations on features.
Additionally, once you are signed up, you can take advantage of a new member orientation call or, a one-on-one technical support call.
